  • There is no charge for a brief Initial Phone Consultation.
  • Please call 480-269-1727 if you would like more information and/or to make an appointment.
  • Average session length is 60-90 minutes. Longer sessions are available.
  • Please complete the intake forms prior to your first appointment.

Regarding Fees and Insurance:
  • Average session cost is $185 per one-hour session (or $175 for payments via Zelle, check, or cash).
  • My practice is private pay only, meaning I am not contracted with any insurers as an in-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you the necessary invoice so you can request reimbursement from your insurance company.
  • I accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express), HSA cards, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, personal checks, and cash,. Payment is due at the end of each session.
